Adept Vehicle Management can proivide your company with Contract Hire Gap Insurance pays the difference between what you owe your finance provider and your Motor insurance payout in the event that your car is written off.

This ensures your contract hire agreement is settled in full.

Due to the nature of these agreements you can often be left with a shortfall in the event of a total loss.

General conditions and exclusions

• This insurance does not replace motor vehicle insurance and does not cover any loss, damage or liability to any property or person, however caused, other than the benefits explained above.
• The purchase price of the vehicle will not include the cost of any dealer fitted accessories including but not limited to; extended warranty charges, road fund licence and insurance premiums and for Motorcycles and Motor Scooters only; any other specified dealer fitted extras totalling more than £1,500.00, and any amount transferred from a previous finance agreement or any “cash-back” amount.
• If you have another similar insurance with us or another insurer in respect of the same vehicle, we reserve the right to reduce any benefit we may pay.
• If you, or anyone acting on your behalf, make a claim which the insurers consider to be fraudulent or exaggerated, all benefits under the policy will be lost, premiums will not be refunded and action may be taken to recover any benefits paid under that claim.
